Apply for the $150 Household Electricity Credit Before March 31st 2026
Households who were not Synergy or Horizon Power customers on 30 September 2025 may still be eligible for this year’s credit. You should apply if you fall into either of the following categories:
• You are not connected to the electricity grid and generate your own power (off-grid), or
• You receive electricity through an embedded network or third-party provider. This commonly includes apartment buildings, retirement villages, caravan parks, and some regional communities supplied by mining operations.
