How to Pay Your Bill

Change Energy offers a number of ways to easily pay your bill.  Please quote your account number and invoice number – you can find these in the “How to Pay” Section on the first page of your bill.

EFT

Please quote your account number and invoice number when paying by EFT.

Direct Debit

Many customers choose to pay via direct debit because it reduces the hassle of paying monthly invoices – and can avoid late payment charges.

Credit Card

Due to changes in credit card surcharges, Change Energy is reviewing its policy on credit card payments. 

We are not accepting any new credit card payments for bills.  If you have previously paid by credit card, please contact our Billing department on 1300 924 140.
