How to Pay Your Bill
Change Energy offers a number of ways to easily pay your bill. Please quote your account number and invoice number – you can find these in the “How to Pay” Section on the first page of your bill.
Credit Card
Click the “Pay Now” button to pay by credit card online. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments are accepted.
Phone Payment
Phone 1300 924 140 during office hours. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments are accepted.
EFT
Please quote your account number and invoice number when paying by EFT.
Direct Debit
Many customers choose to pay via direct debit because it reduces the hassle of paying monthly invoices – and can avoid late payment charges.
