Will I experience any disruptions now you are working from home?

Our customers should not experience any type of disruption. However, in the unlikely event that you do, we ask that you are patient with us during this time.

If you wish to discuss pricing or anything else related to your current bill, call 1300 924 140 or email We are open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (excluding public holidays). 

Where can I find information on payment difficulties?

If you are having difficulty paying your bill, please contact us before the due date to discuss alternative options.
